Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Palm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the service

Palm is for personal entertainment and self-reflection. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information, including a valid phone number for verification. You may not impersonate another person or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

Payments and subscriptions

Palm offers a one-time purchase to unlock your full reading and an optional monthly subscription for unlimited chat. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, and subscription billing continues monthly until you cancel.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in Palm is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission. You retain ownership of your palm photos and personal information, and we only use them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Palm readings and birth chart interpretations are for entertainment purposes only and are not professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). We make no guarantees about accuracy or outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Palm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continuing to use Palm after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
