When you use Palm, we collect the information you provide directly, including your phone number, birth details (date, time, and location), and photos of your palms. We also generate a personal reading from that information and store it so you can return to it later.

Phone numbers and SMS

We collect your phone number to verify your identity and protect your account. When you sign up or log in, we may send you a one-time SMS verification code. The frequency of these messages is limited to what is needed to complete login or signup.

Your phone number is used only for account verification and account security. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to any message to opt out, or contact us if you need help.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers who help us run Palm (such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and SMS delivery), and only under strict confidentiality obligations. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention and security

We keep your account and reading data for as long as your account is active. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can delete your account or request a copy of your data by contacting us. If you choose not to provide your phone number, you may not be able to create an account.
